Production area: Bianco (RC)
Soil: Calcareous clay
Harvest: Early manual (first half of August)
Vinification: De-stemming, soft pressing and subsequent fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks. Aging in steel tanks for a period of at least 4 months
Color: Bright straw yellow
Nose: Particularly rich and complex aromatic complement, broad spectrum of primary aromas of orange, citron, lemon, fruity notes of peach, apricot and floral (acacia, freesia, lavender)
Taste: intense, fresh and aromatic
Alcoholic degree: 12.50% by vol.
Pairings: appetizers, fish-based first and second courses, white meats accompanied by crisp vegetables. As an aperitif with delicate cured meats such as mild ham and lightly aged cheeses
Serving temperature: 10-12 °C

IGP Locride Montonico Passito
Type: White
Grape variety: Mantonico
Production area: Bianco (RC)
Soil: Calcareous clay
Climate: Mediterranean with mild winters and hot, dry summers
Harvest: Late manual (first ten days of October)
Vinification: Drying of the grapes for 7 to 10 days in greenhouses on crates to minimize handling of the grapes and ensure their integrity. Aging in steel tanks for a period of at least 12 months
Color: Amber yellow
Bouquet: Fruity, floral and spicy
Taste: sweet, soft, balanced, fine and persistent
Alcoholic Grade: 15.00% by vol.
Pairings: Mature cheeses, cakes and desserts, jams, dried and candied fruit. Meditation wine, recommended pairings with dark chocolate

Due Terre

Grape variety: Syrah-Nerello mascalese
Production area: Bianco (RC)
Soil: Calcareous clay
Climate: Mediterranean with mild winters and hot, dry summers
Harvest: Early manual (second half of August)
Vinification: De-stemming, soft pressing followed by fermentation with skin maceration for about 15 days in temperature-controlled steel tanks. Aging in steel tanks for a period of at least 6 months
Color: deep ruby red
Bouquet: intense and fruity with hints of spice
Taste: intense, fresh, aromatic and harmonious
Alcoholic Grade:13.00% by vol.
Pairings: Red meats, sliced meats and game.
Its smoothness also makes it suitable for grilled fish dishes and in general to accompany strong, spicy flavors.
